Step into the rolling Kent Countryside on a family experience day here with us at Sky Birds of Prey  and witness as Harris Hawks and Barn Owls soar overhead. 

Your day starts at 10:30am where you will be greeted by your professional falconer before sitting back with some refreshments and being taken through your health and safety briefing. From there, you’re taken on an in depth tour of our Aviaries and the birds home before helping your falconer weigh the birds for your experience. On this experience, you’ll come to understand the importance of the weights and flying techniques of these birds and why a falconer has to make every moment count.

Once all your birds are weighed you can then enjoy a stunning picnic lunch set to the backdrop of Honnington Farm, before taking a stroll into the depths of the countryside to begin flying the birds of prey. Your day will finish back at the reception where you can enjoy some more tea and coffee before taking off to share your new knowledge!

This is the ideal experience for a family of all ages and is designed specifically to be Covid secure. With plenty of photo opportunities and our stunning location, you’ll feel at one with nature.
