Frequently Asked Questions

Do you carry out experiences in poor weather?

The birds do fly in poor weather but only light drizzle and some windy weather. if the heavens opened and we are expecting gale force winds, your experience may well be postponed and rebooked for a later date.

How do I book my experience?

To book your experience, call us on 07544696199 or email us on info@skybirdsofprey.co.uk. bookings cannot be made online, and all slots are subject to availability.

How far in advance should I book?

We advise booking anywhere from 4-6 weeks in advance of your chosen date. Typically, weekend slots book up very fast and so they can be fully booked before you know it!

What should I wear/bring?

We advise wearing long sleeves whilst on an experience where you will be handling birds of prey, however, we know this is not always possible, although we do encourage it.

Sturdy shoes are a must as we will be conducting the experience on a working, muddy farm! Absolutely no open toed shoes.
We can provide alternatives if you feel your footwear is not up for the challenge although these are subject to availability. We encourage the use of sun cream & hats on sunny days as we will be outdoors for almost all of your experience. Water and refreshments are provided but we still recommend bringing your own, just in case!

What Covid-19 precautions do you have in place?

We are working in line with all government guidance in place at the time of your experience. Our position on Covid-19 is constantly under review to ensure that you have safest and most enjoyable experience possible.

Our equipment is sanitised before and after each use and then further quarantined for 72 hours after use. We kindly request everyone attending respects our rules and adheres to any social distancing guidelines and safety procedures in place.

If you begin to show symptoms or have been contacted by or in contact with anyone with Covid-19 symptoms please contact the office immediately to re-arrange your experience with us, or to inform us to update the track and trace platform if any symptom are apparent after 14 days of your visit with us.
