How do I book my experience?

You can get in touch to book your experience day either by phone or email on:
info@skybirdsofprey.co.uk or

07534888657 / 07544696199
Make sure you’ve got your voucher number to hand (if you have one) as you will be asked for this when getting in touch.

What shall I wear/bring on my experience?

We usually advise wearing long sleeves and sturdy shoes for your experience as we are based on a working farm. Absolutely no open toed shoes. Once you’re actually booked in with us, you won’t need to bring along your voucher for the experience as we’ll have all the details we need!

What happens if the weather's looking bad?

In the event of poor weather, we’ll get in touch as soon as we can to postpone your experience. If this is the case, the experience can be rebooked for a later date. The same goes for if you’re rained off mid-way through your experience.

Covid. What're you doing?

We are currently adhering to all government regulations and try our best to update our practises as best as we can as any new regulations are announced.

All equipment and leather gloves are sanitised and quarantined for 72 hours minimum before they are used/touched again. All visitors are required to follow any rules we have in place at the time of your visit to keep our staff and the public safe. Any member of the public that refuses to follow the guidelines and rules in place will be asked to leave the premises. We follow the 2 meter social distancing guidelines where possible throughout your experience, however, this cannot always be guaranteed.

We have a range of sanitising options on site throughout any one period of time ranging from disposable gloves to a supply of face coverings and hand sanitiser. You will be asked to apply hand sanitiser before, after and during your experience to help prevent the spread of Covid-19.

If you feel unwell before or on the day of your experience, please alert a member of staff as soon as possible and report your symptoms to the track and trace app. Please do not turn up for your experience. Please contact the office and your experience can be rebooked for a later date.

If you have any other questions or queries regarding our Covid-19 precautions or anything else, please do get in touch, we’d be happy to help.

Bird Flu and what we're doing.

Cases are on the rise and we are following strict protocol to ensure the safety of our birds of prey, staff and guests. We have subsequently upped our hygeine standards in regards to equipment and birds of prey and their enclosures. We get our information directly from the .Gov.uk website and follow all directions both from there and DEFRA.

In what way are you licenced?

We have been awarded a Zoo Licence by Tunbridge Wells Council. Licence Number AW061.

This is a state standard of licencing and covers us for experiences and offsite displays! If you have any questions about what this means feel free to get in touch and we’d be happy to answer any questions that we can.
